Soil testing
is a very wise step in preparation
of food plots. Soil testing takes
the guess work our of your fertilization
plans. Using the results of our soil
test will insure that adequate nutrients
are available in your food plot and
prevent unnecessary purchases of
lime and fertilizer
Collecting soil samples is easy. Using
a clean trowel or small shovel remove
about 4 inches of soil from at least
four areas in your intended plot. Remove
any plant material from the samples
and mix the samples together. Send
us about a coffee cup full of soil
in bags provided in the sample kit.
Our analysis includes N-P-K and pH.
Fill out the informational card in
the kit and we will provide crop specific
fertilizer and lime recommendations.
